*Yawn* I have to say, it has been an exhausting past few days. I got my resume done, my portfolio up, and I quit my job. So now I am going to be spending the next few days, or weeks looking for work.
Also, here soon you may notice that some of my journals will have broken images in them. This is because I am combining my graphic libraries with my portfolio, and the transition may be a bit messy, I will try to have them all corrected ASAP. THis entry and any following it will not be affected.
Ensellitis.com is going to be shut down for awhile coming up here soon. It will be replaced by a live webcam feed of my change jar, and no, I am not kidding. I am having problems with the eternal scripting and I don't have the time right now to fix it.
Be sure to visit PixelJoint for all your Pixel Art needs.
There are many pixel pieces out there that need some recognition but aren't getting as much as they deserve. To me, this is a very sad thing to see. Here are SOME that need to be seen...

Self Righteous Suicide, by who else but =selfrighteoussuicide, is one of my favorite pieces to date. It has deep meaning, and she did a great job of putting those meanings in pixel form.

Animating ISO pixel art isn't that hard, but animating a rolling ISO cube is not easy, in my opinion, but ~pepeyjack pulled it off. It is a simple clean peice, and it will surely be a reference piece for me in the future.

How do you make a great building for PixelDam? Have a look at Modern House by ~daporta, then you will know.
It is always nice to see people wanting to become pixel artists. But they need the help of other artists to get started. I have been at it for a few years now, and I still need help... Here are some starters, go give them some help, criticism, comments, or whatever you can.
The contest is still going on, head over to this journal entry of mine for more details!
I just about got the isometric chapter in my book outlined. Here it is. If you see anything that needs to be changed, please drop me a comment.

PixelDam and PixelMoon
One of the largest pixeling collaborations out there. It is hard to describe them, they are a must see.
Tree Of Life
A great idea for a collab. All you do is make some animals using one of the 2 palettes included and within a size limit. One of the prizes is an original pixel art piece by *Mistress-Jaeden, a great prize indeed!
Yes, like everyone else, I am still pissed about °jark being fired involuntarily. And I am still not submitting any of my art until question have been answered. If you wish to join the "Take Back The Community Campaign", here are some links to help you learn how.

However, I urge you not to just pack up and leave. I won't be. Even though °jark was fired, I am sure he doesn't want the community to just disappear.
